Ever wondered (or not) how people have 2, 3 or maybe even 4+ strokes to there image and theres only 1 in blending options?
Well this tutorial will show you how.
If you've no idea well heres an example (Text):

In this tutorial i'm going to explain two ways of doing it. I will use text as an example.
We can obviously use the stroke via Blending Options already, as this is a very simple method, here's my starting picture:

Now, in the layers pallete select your layer whilst holding Control (Ctrl - On your keyboard), it should select like so:
Go to, Select> Modify> Expand...
I'm choosing to expand by 2 pixels. (Depending on your previous stroke already, expand past these except 1(due to unsatisfying results, e.g. i'm choosing 2 pixels, because it already has a 3 pixel stroke)
Create a new layer, Layer> New> Layer...
We can now go to Edit > Stroke...
We want to make some selections, for my example, I'm choosing to use:
Width: 3px
Colour: #13B50F
Location: Outside
Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Please note, it's a very good idea to Select "outside" everytime, therefore not replacing and other stroke or object/text.
I now have an image that looks like:

We now have our first way of creating a stroke.
Continuing from what i've already made, i'm going to create a third stroke (We could do many more)
So, like before in the layers pallete select your layer whilst holding Control (Ctrl - On your keyboard), I now have:
Go to, Select> Modify> Expand...
I'm choosing to expand by 9 pixels. (Depending on your previous strokes already, expand past these, e.g. i'm choosing 9 pixels, because my previous strokes takes up 5 pixels)
We now want to create another new layer, Layer> New> Layer...
Select the Paint Bucket ( ) tool, choose another colour and fill. We now want to de-select our layer (Hold Ctrl + D)
You've obviously noticed it's completely covered your previous work.
SO NOW WE WANT TO PUT THIS LAYER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OTHERS, for example mines going below the text layer, you'd maybe put it below your object/text.
You can now see I have 3 strokes...
and so we could continue...
but... WE'RE FINISHED!
